Experience a day to remember, with Steve Magennis Wildlife Photography. Photographing a selection of majestic birds of prey and stunningly beautiful Owls, and new for 2007 a pack of Wolves.

STEVE as an enthusiastic wildlife photographer loves to help others avoid and overcome some of the pitfalls and mistakes that are easy to fall into while trying to photograph wildlife. As a qualified teacher of adult education Steve has set up and runs practical workshops on wildlife photography.

The workshops will be run from three different locations,

a)  ICARUS FALCONRY : who keep and fly a team of birds on the grounds of the beautiful historical house of Holdenby set in the wonderful Northamptonshire countryside, (IMAGES)

b)  HAMPWORTH ESTATES : part of the New Forest, covering a number of habitats from Heath land, open country to ancient woodland and,

c) THE ANGLIAN WOLF SOCIETY : a wolf centre in the countryside of Bedfordshire.

Workshops run from 10am till 4.30pm with a break for lunch. Workshop participants will be limited, and each workshop will be tailored to its members, .& run in a relaxed and informative way. ...As much time as possible
will be spent with the subjects, with tuition and guidance given as the day progresses.

A number of workshops are available, Falcons, Hawks, Eagles, Owls and new for 2007 a pack of Wolves. The subjects will be set into locations around the grounds so images taken will look as natural as possible.

The trained, skilled and very Knowledgeable handlers will be on hand to control the subjects and answer any questions you may have regarding them.

Sites around the grounds of each location will be used to take the birds to, making the images taken look as natural as possible

Steve will have his own camera equipment on hand for course members to look at and use.
