Ordering Information
No contract between you and STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography will exist until STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography accepts your order and confirms your receipt in writing.
You should ensure that your details, the terms of your order, and any applicable specification are complete and accurate.
Any quotation is given on the basis that no contract shall come into existence until the STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography dispatches an acknowledgement of order to you. Any quotation is valid for a period of [30] days only from its date, provided that STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography has not previously withdrawn it.
STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the contract or reduce the volume of the goods ordered by you (without liability to you) if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, provided that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 90 days, you shall be entitled to give notice in writing to STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography to terminate the contract.
Methods of Payment
STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife photography, www.stevemagennis.com, currently uses Paypal to take payments.
We are also able to take payment by cheque, should you wish to use this method of payment please make your cheques payable to Steve Magennis and send to STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography, 3 Chepstow Close, St James, Northampton, NN5 7EB with a copy of your order. Your order will be processed and despatched after the cheque payment has cleared the banking system.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods you have ordered STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography will inform you of the correct price as soon as possible. In this event STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give the opportunity of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose to cancel the order a full refund will be given.
Prices, offers, product descriptions, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice before or after any order confirmation but prior to dispatch of goods due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors.
We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers, business organisations or individuals.
Published prices do not include delivery charges or insurance.
Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order on the website providing we have not already processed it. If you wish to cancel your order you should do so by email. Please ensure you include your name, address and order number in all communications.

UK Delivery Cost
All orders will sent by Royal Mail first class post unless otherwise stated.
Orders with a value of up to £15, post and package will be £1.99, Orders with a value up to £50, post and package will be £4.99, Orders with a value of up to £100 postage and package will be £10, Orders with a value of up to £150 postage and package will be £15
International Delivery Cost
For all international delivery cost please email STEVE MAGENNIS wildlife Photography at photos@stevemagennis.co.uk with your order details and the delivery address and we will email back with a postage quote.
Delivery Aims
All orders will be printed and processed for delivery within 7 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) from the day that payment is received and cleared the banking system.
All payments must be clear the banking system before orders will be posted.
All effort will be made to deliver as soon as possible, unforeseen circumstances could lead to delay in delivery of goods. Any dates, times specified are approximate and should not be taken as guaranteed and no liability is accepted for loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of goods.
Royal Mail state a parcel will not be classed as lost or stolen until 15 workings days from the date of despatch.
Returns
Before returning any item you must call or email STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography on 0780 3619272 or at photos@stevemagennis.co.uk within the return period of the goods, (28 days), valid from the date of invoice.
Goods damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours otherwise we will assume you have accepted the delivery as is.
In the unlikely event of you wanting to return your goods, the goods should be returned undamaged and in appropriate packaging to ensure their safe arrival. All returns are inspected on arrival and we regret that refunds cannot be issued if the goods are found to be damaged or marked. Please return the goods to the address specified below. We will refund the total amount paid for the goods less the original delivery charges (or collection charges) within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography will not be liable for the cost of returning any goods to us which are being returned for any reason other than the goods being incorrect where STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography is responsible for the error.
Should you wish to return unwanted goods we strongly advise you to send your package by registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit when returning.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods in excess of your order, it is your responsibility to inform STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography of this error. Failing this, STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography reserves the right to make additional charges for the goods delivered in error. Once notified, STEVE MAGENNIS Wildlife Photography will, at its discretion, arrange for the goods to be collected at its own expense or agree to 'make good' on the error.
Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Trade Description
Every care has been taken that the descriptions, pictures and specifications are correct. All dimensions are approximate and while we make every effort to reproduce colour accurately there may be slight colour variations that occur.
Governing Law
The Company may revise these terms and conditions at any time. These terms and conditions and the resulting contract are governed and construed by the laws (but not the rules governing conflicts of law) of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
